Kotwani Monisha, Associate
Ms. Kotwani was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023. During her traineeship and after qualification, Ms. Kotwani worked for a multi-service Hong Kong law firm and provided legal services in various areas of law, including family law.
Ms. Kotwani specializes in family law and probate. She has experience in an array of family law matters, including separation and divorce, financial claims, custody and childcare disputes, and contentious trusts.
Raised in Hong Kong, Ms. Kotwani brings with her a profound ‘East meets West’ approach to clients.
In her spare time, Ms. Kotwani is an avid cricket player and mentors aspiring ethnic minority lawyers.
