Kamran founded Chaudhry Solicitors in 2017 with a small team and a straightforward aim: to give people proper legal representation at the point they need it most, whatever their background and however unfamiliar the legal system is to them.
In the early years, much of that work was criminal defence, often for clients who had little access to legal advice in their own language. That commitment to accessible, well-prepared advocacy is still at the centre of the firm.
The practice has grown considerably since then. Today Our solicitors act in criminal defence, family law, personal injury, immigration, and commercial and corporate disputes, for Hong Kong residents, families, employers and companies. Our cases run from the Magistrates' Courts to the Court of Appeal, and our lawyers write on Hong Kong commercial and financial law for professional journals.
What has not changed is how we work. We prepare thoroughly, explain the options in plain terms, and keep each client informed from the first meeting to the final outcome.
