After reviewing the evidence and representations made by the defence, Team Chaudhry, led by Counsel Professor Simon N.M. Young of Parkside Chambers, assisted by Counsel Edward C. of Pantheon Chambers, the Department of Justice (DoJ) evaluated all the evidence and circumstances of the case. Upon assessment, the DoJ decided to offer no evidence, and the charge against our client was dismissed. This outcome upholds the principles of justice!
